We are deliberately not a review site. Open review platforms reward outrage and anonymity. They are easy to game and easy to weaponise. A trust index built on verified reports, structured response, and aggregated scoring produces a more honest signal - for candidates, for clients, and for recruitment agencies themselves.

The platform is operated by TFC Group, which also operates Prop Trust for property management and other sector-specific conduct registries. Each registry is independent in scope but shares the same methodology and guardrails.
