Candidate Conduct Score

Composite measure of recruiter behaviour during candidate engagements.

Transparency

Clarity of role information, salary, client identity, and process.

Repeat Issue Frequency

Whether the same issue categories recur within a 12-month window.

Improvement Trend

Direction of score movement over the last 90 days.
