Weighting Model
Responsiveness
20%How quickly an agency responds to candidate communication and reports.
Resolution Rate
20%Percentage of upheld reports that are resolved through agency action.
Candidate Conduct Score
20%Composite measure of recruiter behaviour during candidate engagements.
Transparency
15%Clarity of role information, salary, client identity, and process.
Repeat Issue Frequency
15%Whether the same issue categories recur within a 12-month window.
Improvement Trend
10%Direction of score movement over the last 90 days.
